The story The Twin Sisters (Der Tsvilingl) by Avrom Sutzkever was published in the book The Green Aquarium. It tells the story of Hodesl, the violinist, who was executed by Zignfried Hoch, the commander of the concentration camp, and her twin sister Grunia, inspired with revolutionary ideals. Grunia embarks on a quest to capture Hoch, who lives disguised under several aliases on different continents.
